What Does the Role Entail?You'll be on the front line of IT support - the first person customers speak to when something goes wrong. Your mission is to respond to incoming tickets within 15 minutes and either resolve the issue quickly or escalate it to the second line team. Everything works through a structured ticketing system, and because they operate a traditional retained-services model (charging per user), customer service is key. Working hours will be either 8:00-4:30 or 9:30-6:00, and while the company provides 24/7 coverage, anything outside of those hours is handed over to a third party. You'll be fully office-based in West Hampstead for the first three months while you get up to speed, then move to a hybrid model - three days in, two from home.

What Skills Will You Have?Ideally, you'll have around a year of hands-on IT support experience under your belt. Maybe it was through an MSP, maybe in-house - either way, you know how to triage issues quickly and take ownership of the customer experience. You'll need solid communication skills, strong troubleshooting instincts, and a real appetite to learn. This team thrives on accountability, clear processes, and helping each other level up, so if you're ambitious and collaborative, you'll fit right in.
