An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Data and Admissions Officer to join a thriving and successful East London School. The ideal applicant will have the ability to respond flexibly, positively and successfully to the changing demands that are part of school life. Admission duties will include managing all aspects of admissions to the school, including transfer references and interviews, open evenings, promotional events and external/internal 6th form transfers. Other general administration duties will include having overall responsibility for coordinating the timely input, accuracy and integrity of student data in SIMS core database and associated modules including performance data and assessment, attendance, student reports, student timetable and pupil premiums. You will also be responsible for coordinating student information, preparing reports and maintenance of digital and paper files in accordance with GDPR regulations.
