Agency Night Chef
We are currently recruiting for a Night Chef to work in a prestigious 5-star hotel. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a high-end kitchen, contributing to the smooth running of operations throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Work the night shift from 10pm to 5am, 5 days a week.
Ensure appropriate levels of mise en place based on lists provided by the full-time night chef and daytime chefs.
Cater for the room service menu throughout the night for hotel guests.
Organize and label all mise en place correctly, ensuring proper storage.
