About the Role

Are you looking for a Behaviour Mentor job in Haringey? We are working with a primary school in Haringey who are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their alternative provision. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, supporting pupils who present with challenging behaviour and require individualised intervention strategies. The successful candidate must have Team Teach certification or other recognised restraint training and be confident in using de-escalation techniques. You will be working closely with the school's inclusion and pastoral team to help pupils manage their behaviour, re-engage with learning, and thrive in a supportive environment.
