The Role - Behaviour Mentor
I am currently looking for a Behaviour Mentor to start on a full time basis for a PRU based in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate needs to be confident, resilient and enthusiastic at all times as you will be required to support challenging students and steer them onto the right path. Due to the challenging behaviour and difficulties that you will face throughout the day, only behaviour mentors with experience working in a similar position will be considered and training in physical intervention is advantageous.

Based in the London Borough of Wandsworth, this Pupil Referral Unit caters to the needs of young people who are unable to attend mainstream schools for social, emotional, behavioural and medical reasons. They hope to create a curriculum that their students can excel by meeting each and every student's needs. Their main aim is to see students excel and reach their full potential.
