An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and passionate PE Teacher to join our client, a thriving secondary school in Islington, on a full-time basis starting immediately.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Confidently deliver and assess BTEC Sport qualifications.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring high standards of achievement and progression.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and sports clubs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching PE, including delivering BTEC Sport qualifications.
  • A passion for sports education and encouraging active lifestyles.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

  • Enthusiastic and dynamic with a genuine passion for Physical Education.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with colleagues and engaging effectively with parents and carers.
  • Committed to ensuring all students achieve their best, regardless of background.
