A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a proficient CDM Principal Designer with at least 2 years of experience in CDM or Construction Health & Safety.
The position offers a salary ranging from £47,000 to £55,000, along with additional benefits such as a bonus, car allowance, and private medical insurance.
You will work from their scenic London office twice a week and engage with high-profile clients, including iconic sports teams.
The ideal candidate should have a NEBOSH qualification and preferably hold TechIOSH and APS memberships, along with a degree in Design fields such as Architecture or Engineering.

CDM Principal Designer Responsibilities

As a CDM Consultant you will act as Principal Designer, advising clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead within Design meetings.

CDM Principal Designer should possess

2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required)
NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (required)
TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (preferred)
