A fast growing, established Engineering Consultancy with a close-knit CDM team, are looking for a confident CDM Principal Designer to look after a range of projects which would offer a direct line into a Senior position. This role comes with Hybrid flexibility.
If you believe you have the ability to develop fast within CDM then this is your opportunity to prove it. You would receive support into the role from the CDM Lead, however you would need the confidence to take the lead when necessary as you will manage your own portfolio.
CDM Principal Designer Responsibilities
As a CDM Consultant you will act as Principal Designer, advising clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead within Design meetings.
The CDM Principal Designer should possess
- At least 1 year within a CDM Principal Design role (required)
- NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (required)
- TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
- APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
- Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (preferred)
