This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business at the cutting edge of AI-driven tools that support pharmaceutical companies in launching and pricing life-changing medicines. Due to continued global growth and increasing client demand, the team is expanding its Digital Solutions division with a new Client Success Manager. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping healthcare innovators bring products to market more efficiently, supported by a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

This role sits at the intersection of digital innovation, market access strategy, and project leadership. You’ll manage a portfolio of client engagements, helping them implement cloud-based tools that track reimbursement KPIs, benchmark competitive data, and streamline evidence management.

Working across design, data, and engineering teams, you’ll ensure projects are scoped, delivered, and adopted successfully. The outcomes you’ll drive are clear: engaged clients, renewed accounts, and expanded relationships that create long-term value.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in market access consulting or SaaS project delivery within the pharmaceutical industry. You’re commercially aware, highly organised, and confident managing clients, timelines, and internal teams. Experience working with digital platforms, AI tools, or health technology solutions is a real advantage—but above all, you’re someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and always puts the client first.

You’ll be joining a mission-led business with a high-performance culture, where innovation, personal growth, and client impact are core to everything. The team works one day per week from modern offices in either London or Manchester, with the rest remote and flexible to your schedule.

The package includes a base salary up to £60,000 plus performance bonuses up to £15,000, along with 25 days holiday, private healthcare, and a pension scheme.
