Corporate Legal PA

Join an award-winning prestigious international law firm who are now looking to recruit a highly accomplished Corporate Legal PA on a permanent basis. You will be providing a polished support service to partners and fee earners within their market leading and highly successful corporate team in London.

  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary to £45,000
  • Selection of benefits inc. 25 days annual leave, medical insurance, regular staff events

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up processes for client matters through liaison with Partners, Fee Earners and client contacts
  • Support Partners, Fee Earners and the Business Development and Marketing Teams with preparation of pitches, presentations, and events
  • Enter client information on the Client Relationship Management system, currently InterAction
  • Arrange client meetings and ensure efficient responses to written and verbal client queries
  • Assist Partners and Fee Earners in ensuring time recording is up to date and captured in a timely manner
  • Process invoices and expenses on the online system, currently Chrome
  • Diary management and coordination for Partners and Fee Earners
  • Supervise Client Services Administrators’ record keeping and general filing tasks

Corporate Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience at Partner level within a Corporate department/practice group of a recognised law firm
  • Experience of using Practice Management systems
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft Office
  • Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
