Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 + bonus + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
A strategic leadership opportunity with a consultancy where data meets creativity. This role is ideal for a T-shaped consultant with deep expertise in Employee Experience and broad capability across internal communications, culture transformation, and organisational change.
Responsibilities
·Build and lead strategic relationships with senior clients across multiple sectors
·Deliver innovative, insight-led programmes that transform employee experience
·Mentor and grow a high-performing consultancy team
·Drive commercial success and contribute to long-term business strategy
·Act as a thought leader in EX and internal communications
Requirements
·8+ years in a senior consultancy role (agency-side experience essential)
·Specialism in Employee Experience, with strong internal communications knowledge
·Proven track record in growing client accounts and winning new business
·Commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets
·A creative, curious mindset - fluent in both data and storytelling
