Role: Early Years Educator
Start Date: 29th September
Location: Lambeth - nearest station Brixton
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Daily Rate: 90-110 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
A vibrant and supportive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. The successful candidate will work within Nursery and Reception, supporting children's learning and helping to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring classroom environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years Educator who is passionate about early childhood education and keen to make a real difference to children's development.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through play-based and structured activities.
Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Assist with planning, observations, and assessments of children's progress.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as an Early Years Educator or in an Early Years setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) is desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
