About the Role
A friendly and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role starts ASAP and offers the chance to support children at a crucial stage of their development, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
As an Early Years Educator, you will contribute to planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities, support both small groups and individuals, and ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and inspired in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Support Nursery and Reception children with structured and play-based learning.
Deliver targeted interventions to develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Assist in maintaining a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and strong social interaction.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the wider EYFS team.
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education - essential.
Previous experience as an Early Years Educator in a school or nursery setting.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
