Role includes:
- Supporting children with early learning, language development, and social skills
- Assisting with phonics and play-based learning
- Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
- Observing and tracking progress
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, support staff
What we're looking for:
- A background/studying Early Years Education, Childcare, or Child Development
- Creativity, patience, enthusiasm
- A caring, positive attitude
- Previous experience in nurseries/early years settings is desirable - but not essential!
