  • Salary: Level 3 - A competitive salary of £29,000 pa, depending on age, qualifications, and experience

Early Years Practitioner Days/Hours: (Please see below)

  • 4 Days / 40 Hours working 8am-6pm
  • OR
  • 4.5 Days per week // 41 hours per week
  • Permanent / All Year

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
  • Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
  • Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
  • Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
  • Strong EYFS Knowledge
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
  • Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
