Electrical Shift Lead - Central London

Lead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.

Role: Electrical Shift Lead

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Overtime

Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights

Location: Central London (Static)

Your Role:

  • Lead a team of engineers on shift
  • Oversee and execute both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
  • Ensure H&S and critical site compliance.
  • Manage electrical faults and ensure site reliability.
  • Organise shift activities, manage permits to work, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th edition
  • HV Exposure desired
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.
