We’re looking for a motivated Estimator / Junior Estimator to join our team. You’ll prepare accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out projects, helping us deliver high-quality results within budget.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare cost estimates for retail fit-out projects, including supermarkets, banks, gyms, and commercial spaces.

Review project specifications and drawings to create budgets and quotations.

Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.

Assist in tender preparation and project handovers.

Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in estimating or a related role (construction or fit-out). Junior candidates eager to learn are welcome.

Basic understanding of construction processes and costs, preferably in retail or commercial projects.

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., in Quantity Surveying or Construction) are a plus but not essential for junior candidates.
