The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Estimator / Junior Estimator to join our team. You’ll prepare accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out projects, helping us deliver high-quality results within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates for retail fit-out projects, including supermarkets, banks, gyms, and commercial spaces.

  • Review project specifications and drawings to create budgets and quotations.

  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing.

  • Assist in tender preparation and project handovers.

  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data.

About You:
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in estimating or a related role (construction or fit-out). Junior candidates eager to learn are welcome.

  • Basic understanding of construction processes and costs, preferably in retail or commercial projects.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., in Quantity Surveying or Construction) are a plus but not essential for junior candidates.
