European Payroll Transformation Consultant - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire an experienced European Payroll Transformation Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.

Length: 6 Months

Location: London - 2 days a week

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant for large global organisations
Workday and CloudPay experience would be beneficial but not essential
In-depth knowledge of Payroll principles, functions, methods and best practices
European Payroll knowledge essential
Experience of RFPs
Large scale transformation experience required
Proven experience contributing to global payroll projects
Ability to strategise and formulate business plans
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and consulting skills
