As Executive Sous Chef, you will be leading a team of 30 chefs, with additional resources as needed. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the banqueting and private dining operation which includes menu planning and you will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary package of £75,000 per annum, along with excellent company benefits, is available for the right Chef.
