A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a F&B Supervisor to join one of Londons oldest and most distinguished privately owned hotels. The Washington Mayfair Hotel is located in one of Londons finest locations, Curzon Street, tucked into the heart of Mayfair a few minutes from Park Lane and offering clients a perfect alternative to the famous 5-star Park Lane Hotels.

Main Responsibilities
As F&B Supervisor youll be responsible for ensuring the F&B operation rans runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
Youll be a great leader, effectively supporting and leading the team, be polite, courteous, and professional. Under your leadership, the team will always provide a memorable and efficient service to maintain an exceptional standard of service and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members and senior management.
Follow stock and control procedures and adhere to food safety and health and safety requirements.
Ensure that all menus and promotional material displayed in the hotel are up to date and accurate at all times.
About you
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy great at managing ones own time and the time of the team.
Ability to stay calm and work under pressure.
Positive and cheerful disposition
Essential skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar establishment
Composed and confident.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
