I am urgently seeking an experienced Head of HR Transformation for my London-based, higher Education client. The role will be initially be for 12 months and will report in to the Chief People Officer. Depending upon experience, the salary will range from 62,728 to 74,866 per year on a fixed term contract. The ideal start will be by 1st June 2025.
Your role will involve direct line management of a team of Senior HR Change Managers and the wider HR Change team, (possibly up to 9 in total) to support the wide range of institutional change initiatives they currently have. This is a pivotal leadership role within the University , which will drive related employee relations initiatives and spearhead the HR Change and Transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have: -
- Experience of managing and overseeing senior level HR Change Managers
- Experience of leading Transformation and Change on a large scale from within a public sector organisation (University, NHS, Local Government), dealing with Trade Unions
