An excellent opportunity for a dedicated Head of Philanthropy to lead and develop a fundraising team in a respected non-profit organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.

This is a well-established, mid-sized not-for-profit organisation, based in London.
Description
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to increase philanthropic income.
- Lead and manage a small team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with major donors and HNWI's
- Represent the organisation at external events, promoting its mission and securing financial support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to the senior management team and Board of Trustees.
- Manage the fundraising budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective fundraising campaigns
Profile
A successful Head of Philanthropy should have:
- Experience in a senior fundraising role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the region of £55,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience.
