Description
- Source, interview, and write lived experience case studies.
- Design and deliver a multi-channel storytelling plan.
- Support individuals to share their stories with care and respect.
- Maintain relationships with storytellers and high-profile supporters.
- Ensure stories are co-produced, approved, and used appropriately.
- Develop and manage systems for storing and sharing stories securely.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns.
- Promote inclusive storytelling and increase diverse representation.
- Monitor and evaluate storytelling impact and reach.
- Ensure safeguarding and consent processes are followed.
Profile
A successful candidate will be an empathetic and skilled communicator who can sensitively handle lived experience stories and build strong, trusting relationships. They will be highly organised, inclusive, and confident managing storytelling projects across multiple platforms with creativity and care.
Job Offer
- Full time equivalent salary: £40,242 - £44,000 - please note this is a part time 0.8 FTE role (3 days per week)
- Contract: Permanent, part-time (21-28 hours/week)
- Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days/week in central London office
