I am looking for a head Sushi Chef for prestigious fine-dining Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge, renowned for its unique culinary concept that seamlessly blends authenticity with innovation. The restaurant features live sushi and robata counters, creating an energetic and engaging dining experience for our guests.

Head Sushi role overview

I am on the hunt for an exceptionally talented and experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead the sushi team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for Japanese cuisine, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to create exquisite dishes that captivate and delight.

Head Sushi responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the sushi team, ensuring the highest standards of preparation and presentation.

Head Sushi requirements:
