- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll ( Fourth)
- Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records (Fourth), employee files, master trackers, reporting and compliance
- Assisting with recruitment, posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and conducting right to work checks
- Advising Line Managers on HR policies and best practises
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding administration and process
- Manage the HR inbox, acting as a first line response to our HR queries
- Note taking for ER & Grievance issues
- Organizing staff trainings and events such as our Quarterly Staff Awards
- Creating staff Newsletters
- Â In charge of the employee life cycle from start to finish
- Support the HR Manager & Director of HR with projects and goals.
