  • Advising Line Managers on HR policies and best practises
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding administration and process
  • Manage the HR inbox, acting as a first line response to our HR queries
  • Note taking for ER & Grievance issues
  • Organizing staff trainings and events such as our Quarterly Staff Awards
  • Creating staff Newsletters
  •  In charge of the employee life cycle from start to finish
  • Support the HR Manager & Director of HR with projects and goals.

5 days on site - flexibility of 1 day from home after probation
