Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll ( Fourth)
Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records (Fourth), employee files, master trackers, reporting and compliance
Assisting with recruitment, posting job adverts, arranging interviews, and conducting right to work checks
Advising Line Managers on HR policies and best practises
Manage the onboarding and offboarding administration and process
Manage the HR inbox, acting as a first line response to our HR queries
Note taking for ER & Grievance issues
Organizing staff trainings and events such as our Quarterly Staff Awards
Creating staff Newsletters
In charge of the employee life cycle from start to finish
Support the HR Manager & Director of HR with projects and goals.
