HR Coordinator
Permanent Position
£35,000 - £45,000. Office based with some flexibility.
Will consider applicants who can work 4 or 5 days.

This dynamic organisation is on an exciting journey, and as they continue to grow, are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator to support the COO in building the business and developing the culture from the ground up. The HR Coordinator is a newly established role that will be instrumental in setting up and managing all people-related tasks.
This is a fast paced and evolving role where such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- The end-to end recruitment and on-boarding experience for all new starters
- Coaching and supporting leaders with quality inductions and ensuring all post-recruitment activities are completed, including effective probation reviews
- Ensuring all employee data and details are collated and stored inline with GDPR and company procedures
- Revise and improve current KPI review processes and ensure that these are timeously carried out and recorded
- Advise on matters such as contractual queries, sickness absence, workplace adjustments, grievance, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure holiday requests and absence details are recorded and monitored
- Ensure HR policies are up to date; accessible and can coach line managers on their interpretation and implementation.
- Liaise with payroll and finance to make sure all payroll processes are followed and be the point of contact for any queries
- Take on day to day office management; including maintaining office supplies and manage the meeting room booking process.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working as a HR Coordinator, be comfortable with recruitment processes and be confident with HR systems and processes. You will have a thorough understanding of Employment law and all relevant policies. You will be passionate about progressing your career in HR, have a positive "cando" attitude and the ability to work independently and solve problems. This role demands someone with strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver challenging timescales. A background in working with SME organisations and confidence in handling office management tasks would be highly advantageous.
This position is being offered on a full-time basis (5 days weekly) although part time applicants who can work 4 days will also be considered.
