A rapidly growing global technology infrastructure company that supports some of the largest names in the industry, are looking to bring on a Senior HR Coordinator after a significant period of growth.

With over 850 employees worldwide and a growing team of around 60 based in their London office. The company has experienced a 35% growth rate in the last year alone, and the London team plays a key strategic role within the wider business.

You will be stepping into a central and varied role, acting as the first point of contact for HR matters across the UK and EMEA regions.

Managing the full employee lifecycle, you'll cover everything from onboarding to offboarding, supporting Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations casework support and recruitment (scheduling, screening, posting ads etc).

You will also be the HRIS superuser - managing and streamlining all processes on BambooHR alongside the current People Data Admin.

As well as contributing to wider HR projects such as new policies/ processes, EVP, benefits revamp and championing everything People & Culture.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR experience, ideally in a scaling or fast paced business. You'll have a fantastic eye for detail, with the confidence and gravitas to work across the business. A lot of the senior leaders are based in the UK so you will need previous exposure working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

There is scope to take on projects, and help with employee relations cases (they don't get a lot!) but primarily, you must be someone who loves process and happy to continue with the HR administration piece.

Based in Central London, they offer hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) with some great benefits.
