An Interim Recruitment Coordinator to:
- Coordinate recruitment activities and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Post job advertisements and managing applications
- Schedule and arranging interviews
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
- Maintain recruitment records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legislation
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
Profile
An Interim Recruitment Coordinator with:
- Experience working in recruitment
- A strong understanding of recruitment processes and policies
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Education experience preferred
