We are looking for an experienced HR Transition to lead and manage complex HR transformation initiatives, including transitions to new operating models such as shared services, outsourcing (BPO), or technology-enabled delivery. This strategic role is critical to ensuring smooth, risk-mitigated transitions that drive business value, operational efficiency, and improved employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Programme Management:Lead the planning, execution, and governance of HR transition programmes, including timeline management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Transition Strategy Development:Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to define and implement transition strategies for HR operating model changes (e.g., lift-and-shift, outsourcing, process redesign).

Change Management:Develop and deliver change and communication plans to support impacted teams and end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and tools.

Stakeholder Engagement:Manage relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and programme success.

Operational Readiness:Ensure business continuity and operational readiness for go-live, including process documentation, training, SLAs, and service governance models.

Budget and Resource Oversight:Monitor programme budget and resource utilization, providing updates and forecasts to leadership.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track programme KPIs and provide regular reports to the governance board, including progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications:

路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master鈥檚 preferred)

路 7-10 years of experience in HR programme or project management, preferably in large-scale HR transformations

路 Proven experience managing HR transitions (e.g., to shared services, outsourced models, or new HRIS platforms)

路 Strong project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

路 Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

路 Strong business acumen and understanding of HR service delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:

路 Experience with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)

路 Exposure to global or multi-region HR transitions

路 Background in consulting or large-scale business transformation

路 Experience with vendor selection and management in an HR context
