Working in a wider team, you will be supporting one of the prestigious accounts for the business covering a workforce of around 250. You will be giving advice and supporting managers on a range of issues, including ER around performance, capability, occupational health, AWOL, flex working through disciplinaries and grievances.Supporting the delivery of the people plan by promoting best practice in compliance aligned with policy & procedures. You will also support L&D by facilitating and carrying out training sessions, whilst reviewing our HR Data insights regularly, reflecting on performance and identifying any trends.This is a fast-paced role and requires a competent HR Advisor who has managed high-volume ER cases and is able to work at pace whilst remaining accurate with a high level of attention to detail. What you'll need to succeed
Ideally CIPD L5 (or equivalent)Experience of operating at HR Advisor level, ideally in a large-scale business Experience of dealing with high volume ER cases c20+ at any one time
Data driven with the ability to utilise data in decision-making and present to stakeholders What you'll get in return
