Job Title: IT Engineer 1Location: London - Hybrid Contract Type: 6 months

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Engineer 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, AV equipment, and network systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phones, and AV equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Order IT equipment and liaise with vendors for support and procurement.
Audit and revise IT policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Provide high-quality customer support to internal users.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years' experience in IT support or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience installing and troubleshooting business applications (e.g., MS 365, Adobe products).
Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., LAN/WAN, IP configurations).
