Job Title: IT Engineer 1
Location: London - Hybrid
Contract Type: 6 months
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Engineer 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, AV equipment, and network systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phones, and AV equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Order IT equipment and liaise with vendors for support and procurement.
- Audit and revise IT policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Provide high-quality customer support to internal users.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience installing and troubleshooting business applications (e.g., MS 365, Adobe products).
- Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., LAN/WAN, IP configurations).
