Japanese speaking Assistant in Finance Team - What You'll be Doing:
- Manage funding for the projects. Arrange monthly funding for each project.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments. Prepare cashbooks, manage invoices, and set up transactions via online banking
- Process expense reimbursements
- Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses
- Posting journal entries
- Assist with audit processes. Coordinate with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office
Japanese speaking Assistant in Finance Team - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Background in accounting/finance (such as cash management, closing procedures, and expense reimbursements)
- Attention to detail, as the work requires high accuracy
- Proficient English communication skills (interaction with local staff is required)
