Working hours: 35 hours/week

Japanese speaking Assistant in Finance Team - What You'll be Doing:

• Manage funding for the projects. Arrange monthly funding for each project.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments. Prepare cashbooks, manage invoices, and set up transactions via online banking
• Process expense reimbursements
• Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses

• Posting journal entries

• Assist with audit processes. Coordinate with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office

Japanese speaking Assistant in Finance Team - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Background in accounting/finance (such as cash management, closing procedures, and expense reimbursements)
• Attention to detail, as the work requires high accuracy
• Proficient English communication skills (interaction with local staff is required)
