We are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at a stylish, French-inspired bistro in the heart of Marylebone. Celebrated for its elegant yet relaxed approach to dining, the restaurant delivers refined plates with a modern twist on classic flavours.
This position offers an excellent step up for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Junior Sous Chef seeking more input into menu development and a chance to take on greater responsibility within a supportive and professional brigade.

Location: Marylebone, Central London
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (evenings & weekends included)

Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
Run sections with confidence and lead service when required
Uphold high standards of quality, consistency and presentation
Mentor and guide junior chefs within the team
Contribute ideas for specials and menu changes
Ensure food safety, allergen and HACCP practices are followed at all times
Candidate Profile
Experience as a Junior Sous or strong Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
Background in modern European or French-style cooking
Calm, organised and confident under pressure
Hands-on, approachable leadership style
Passionate about creativity, produce and quality
