Were now looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our small, dedicated team.
What were looking for:This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or current Junior Sous Chef looking to step into a more involved and creative role.
Were after someone with:
Experience in fine dining or modern European kitchens
A strong eye for detail and a genuine love of cooking
Good kitchen discipline and consistency
A calm, team-oriented approach no egos
Solid English and excellent communication skills

Key responsibilities:Run your section with confidence during prep and service
Support the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Help maintain high standards in cleanliness, prep, and plating
Be part of menu development and seasonal dish creation
Guide and support junior team members when needed
£40000 per year (including service charge)
UK visa sponsorship available (Skilled Worker route)
28 days paid holiday
5 days on, 2 days off
