My client is looking for a L&D Specialist with a HR background for a fully remote role on a 7 months contract with potential to be extended for longer.
We are looking for a strong learning & development generalist with a HR background.
The task required is to carryout two pieces of learning needs analysis work and produce a recommendations/ solutions/ delivery plan for each subject.
The two subjects are:
1. ER training for line managers
2. Review internal winter maintenance & SHEQ training within our Rail & Aviation business and establish a more effective and efficient way of delivering these materials.
Desirable requirements:
level 3 or above E&T
Vocational assessment level 3
CIPD membership
INDHRR
