Charles Simon Associates is recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Platform Lead to join a global organisation headquartered in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the configuration, performance, and lifecycle of M365 services across the business.
• Ensure optimal utilisation of Microsoft E5 capabilities.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex platform issues.
• Lead and mentor a small team of escalation engineers.
• Define and enforce governance policies for global M365 usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and networking partners.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with M365 administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Proven track record in managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft E5 licensing and platform governance.
• Experience in access management and security configuration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.

Desirable Skills:

• PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to 3CX, Mimecast, or Zoho ServiceDesk.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview.
