Night Concierge - £28,000

4 on 4 off - 42 hours per week

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and service-focused Concierge to join our on-site team at a high-end residential development. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, offering a polished and welcoming presence while ensuring the smooth daily running of the building's front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House: Greet and assist all residents, guests, and contractors with professionalism. Maintain a clean, presentable concierge desk and parcel area at all times.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor CCTV, conduct internal/external patrols, manage key handling, and respond promptly to incidents. Ensure safe access control, report H&S issues, and act swiftly in emergencies.
  • Parcel & Mail Handling: Receive, record, and securely store parcels, registered mail, and dry cleaning. Ensure accurate tracking and resident notification in line with SOPs.
  • Building Operations: Liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams, report defects, and support with basic maintenance tasks. Conduct regular H&S checks (plant rooms, water tanks, etc.).
  • Car Park Oversight: Patrol regularly, check permits, issue visitor passes and manage vehicle logs to ensure correct usage of spaces.
  • Communication: Use estate communication tools (phones, intercom, radios) efficiently. Maintain clear handovers and detailed logs.
  • Resident Support: Handle enquiries, log complaints, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately. Maintain confidentiality and uphold estate standards at all times.
