We're working with a prestigious residential development in the heart of Westminster to recruit a confident and professional Night Concierge. If you're service-driven, take pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrive in an overnight setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile front-of-house role where you'll truly make a difference.
As the overnight face of the building, you'll ensure residents feel safe, supported, and at home-delivering five-star service while maintaining security, cleanliness, and operational standards throughout your shift.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable front-of-house environment

Respond to emergencies or incidents calmly and according to protocol

Ensure the building always reflects the high standards of its residents

Prior experience as a night concierge, security concierge, or front-of-house professional

Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

Excellent attention to detail and awareness of building safety procedures

Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
