The Opportunity
A prestigious residential development is seeking a professional and service-driven Valet to provide seamless arrival and departure experiences for residents and guests. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency in vehicle handling, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding first impression.
Working as part of a dedicated onsite team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, upholding the highest service standards while also prioritizing safety and security within the development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional, and efficient greeting to all residents and visitors.
Safely park and retrieve resident vehicles, ensuring careful handling at all times.
Operate the designated parking system and maintain secure key management procedures.
Assist with general arrival and departure needs, such as holding doors, handling luggage, and arranging transport.
Remain attentive to security considerations, monitoring for any potential risks within the entrance and parking areas.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English with strong communication and customer service skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a service-first mindset.
Previous experience in a valet, doorman, or similar hospitality-focused role within a high-end setting.
A full, clean UK or EU driving licence (held for at least two years) and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
