With offices based in the heart of the City your new organisation are looking for a Senior Operations and Underwriting Assistant to come into the office 4 days a week to join the Operations Team.Your new roleYour new role working as a Senior Operations and Underwriting Assistant means you will be a key part of the operational team that provides exceptional service to MGA clients. Your role will be to support clients and MGAs in operational and administrative tasks day to day as well as being a point of contact for post-bind queries ensuring reports are conducted accurately.
Duties will include assisting with processing and technical queries as well as supporting the month-end close process, making sure deadlines are met. Further duties will also include producing reports on KPIs and other metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance underwriting processes and practices, act as a liaison between the underwriting teams and senior management and assist with ad-hoc operational matters.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working within the London Market working with post bind placement and experience in dealing with Binding Authorities will contribute to the success in you securing this role. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, an ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines and be accountable and reliable. You will also need excellent vernal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
