Receptionist - Part-Time (Job Share) | Prestigious London Law Firm

Salary: Full-time equivalent salary of £31,000-£32,000 pro rated to 3 days

My client are currently seeking two personable, professional, and highly organised Receptionists to join the front-of-house team at a leading law firm in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the welcoming face of our firm and provide exceptional service in a dynamic legal environment.

This role is now offered as two part-time positions, covering the following days:

  • Position 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • Position 2: Monday, Thursday & Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and email enquiries

  • Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with bookings and refreshments

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Liaise with internal departments and provide general administrative support

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role (professional services/law firm experience desirable)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Polished, confident, and client-focused approach

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive attitude
