- Ideally, candidates will be MRICS qualified and have experience in consultancy, client relations, or development, with MEP experience being a plus.

You will have -
> Cost or Project Management background
> Experience of managing large Data Centre accounts
> Experience of leading and developing multi-service teams
> Proven track record of cross-selling multiple service streams
> Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
> Consultancy, Client, or Developer background
> Ideally MRICS qualified
> Ideally MEP experience
