About the Role:

As Pastry Sous Chef, you will take the lead on the pastry section, delivering elegant, high-end desserts that reflect the restaurant's reputation. While your primary focus will be pastry, you'll also contribute to a small amount of savoury cooking as part of the wider kitchen operation.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the pastry section, from mise en place to final plating
