Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chef in daily production of desserts, breads, and plated pastries
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Supervise and train pastry team members as needed
Manage prep lists, production schedules, and inventory
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Step into leadership of the pastry department in the Pastry Chefs absence
2+ years of Junior Sous or Sous Pastry experience
Experience working in a luxury, fast paced Restaurant.
Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
