The Role:
Support the Head Pastry Chef across all areas restaurants, banqueting, in-room dining, and afternoon tea. Lead the team in their absence and contribute creatively to menus and presentations.

Experience in a 5? hotel or similar luxury setting
Passion for quality ingredients and pastry excellence
Calm under pressure, confident communicator
Right to work in the UK
