If so then this People Advisor is the right role for you!Working as part of a wider team, you will play a critical role is supporting the team and the wider organisation.Reporting to a People Business Partner you will work in a fast paced environment where you will be responsible for all people related queries. You will mentor and support managers on a variety of staff issues including staff issues, policies, and procedures.In addition you will also play a critical role in the end to end employee life cycle dealing with matter related to; - Payroll changes - DBS checks and safeguarding The skills you will bring to this diverse and busy role will include; - Your knowledge of employee life cycle - Experience guiding and coaching managers in a variety of employee relation matters - Ability to read and explain policies and procedures- Prior experience in dealing with sickness, and disciplinary mattersThis is a busy role, and you will need to demonstrate a strong ability to work on various matters and towards various deadlines.
