About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced People Operations Lead to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract from June to December 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver key people projects within a dynamic, globally-focused organisation. You will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency across HR and related functions, with a particular focus on global payroll solutions, reward benchmarking, and compliance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
As the People Operations Lead, you will:
Focus on areas such as Employer of Record (EOR) compliance and broader process improvements.
Review and enhance the organisation's pay policy and pay benchmarking approach, embedding a sustainable link between performance and reward.
Drive operational efficiencies across People, Finance, IT, and Governance, Risk & Compliance teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of a new global payroll solution.
Work closely with the Director of People and Culture to successfully deliver the above projects within the set timeframe.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can demonstrate:
Extensive operational HR experience, particularly in payroll management, reward, and project delivery.
A proven track record of improving global payroll processes.
Hands-on reward management experience, including pay benchmarking and developing sustainable pay practices.
Strong background in driving operational process improvements across departments.
Previous experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR) model (desirable).
Excellent programme management skills, including coordinating workstreams and stakeholders beyond direct reports.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
Strong digital skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and understanding how technology enhances the employee experience.
